  2. CREDIBILITY. We communicate information objectively and thoroughly, disclosing any data that could influence the intended user’s understanding of our reports, analyses or recommendations.
  3. CONFIDENTIALITY.  Information about clients, employees, and business relationships is held in the strictest confidence. This extends to personal information collected via the Web for the purposes of marketing communications, for which we strictly adhere to the spirit and letter of all applicable privacy legislation.
  4. SUSTAINABILITY. M+P Labs is conscious of our impact on the environment through our use of energy and materials and  waste created in our various processes.  We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment in all areas, and began our first Sustainability Program in 2010, with a goal of measuring our own carbon footprint as a baseline for measuring future improvements. The basic principles we adhere to are:
    1. We look to reduce our energy consumption in all areas by reducing, recycling, and reusing paper, electricity, water, and other resources where practical and feasible.
    2. As we upgrade or acquire new equipment, we seek “green” products that will deliver the required performance with the least carbon impact.
    3. Our employees are developing programs to reduce their collective carbon impact in the communities where we work and live.
  5. TECHNICAL COMPETENCE. Everyone at M+P Labs commits to maintain and employ the highest level of professional expertise by continually developing knowledge and skills. Moreover, we routinely test and calibrate all of our testing equipment and maintain detailed and comprehensive documentation systems to ensure and to document the reliability of our results. 
  6. MANAGEMENT BEST PRACTICES. Our management systems adhere to ISO 17025 and industry-specific accreditation standards. More...
