You can prepare the sample and ship it to us, or ask for an On-Site Materials Analyst to come out to your site, prepare and retrieve it. Some of our clients prefer the latter method, because it provides an opportunity for the analyst to view the problem in context, and to select the optimum material sample for the problem at hand.
