M+P Labs Strengthens Metallurgical Capability at its Greenville, SC Facility

Sara brings significant expertise in the characterization of superalloys, metals processing, manufacturing methods, and research and development projects. She adds a unique dimension to the metallurgical capability of M+P Labs in Greenville with her vast knowledge of materials engineering and processing, and experience in the electronic materials industry.

Prior to joining M+P Labs, she served as materials engineer for the engineering consulting firm Gould, Lewis & Proctor in Gainesville, FL.  She also held the position of principal engineer at AVX Corporation in Myrtle Beach, SC. Sara holds a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA and a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. She also held several teaching assignments.

Sara’s broad materials background and proven success as a materials problem-solver make her an ideal addition to the M+P team.  She increases the depth of our capabilities, including the ability to serve clients in the electronics sector” said Joseph Beagle, manager of M+P’s Greenville operations, in discussing the appointment.
